She lives in Bedford County with her husband and three children on their family farm, giving her a deep appreciation for rural living and land ownership. Ashlyn has a passion for farm and land properties as well as new construction, but she enjoys helping buyers and sellers in every stage of the real estate journey. Before transitioning into real estate, Lindsey spent over 10 years working in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), where she developed strong attention to detail, exceptional organization, and the ability to navigate complex processes with confidence. Those skills now translate seamlessly into guiding clients through real estate transactions with clarity and care.

Having personally bought and sold a home, Lindsey understands the process from both sides of the transaction. Combined with her experience relocating multiple times—including moving to a new city sight unseen—she brings genuine empathy and practical insight to every client she serves.

Based in the Clarksville area, Lindsey is quickly becoming a trusted resource for local real estate and a go-to agent for clients relocating to or from Fort Campbell. She has a passion for helping military families navigate PCS moves, as well as supporting first-time buyers and those stepping into a new chapter.

 Outside of real estate, Lindsey enjoys hiking with her husband, getting lost in a good book, and being lovingly managed by their lucky black cat.
